We all know what it’s like to operate a sluggish, unresponsive computer. I was just about at the end of my rope when I was referred to Ralph. In about an hour Ralph took my old Toshiba from zero to sixty.
My machine was slow and cranky until Ralph’s cathartic magic got it running like it used to. He quickly diagnosed and fixed what was wrong.
Ralph is a detail oriented, experienced performer with the chops to take care of business. What a relief. My computer is now a time saver instead of the black hole of frustration it had become.
